Host an Event

Hosting a fundraising event to benefit Shepherd's Counseling Services is a great way to help us meet the needs of adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse in healing.

Events can be large or small, and donations can be made:

•             By passing a hat,

•             Using an online tool (especially during GiveBIG day in May each year),

•             With donation envelopes we can provide,

•             By whatever means is easy…

Contact us and we’ll explore options with you!

Examples of fundraising events you could host to support Shepherd’s include:

•             Game nights

•             Dances

•             Events on Meetup.com

•             Walks and runs, with a group of your friends and/or co-workers

•             Wine-tasting parties

If you would like to create an event to support Shepherd's mission, please contact Jill Armitage by email or phone, (206) 321-2684.

Thank you to these community members who have supported Shepherd's Counseling Services with their events!

Each time someone stands up for an ideal, or acts to improve the lot of others, or strikes out at an injustice, he sends forth a tiny ripple of hope.
